BE(Hons)-Mechanical, MBA
Matt’s background is in operations, asset management, and project management. Matt has hands-on experience building, maintaining, and running heavy-industrial plant and equipment.
From holding senior roles leading teams across NZ & overseas, Matt focuses in quickly on the key drivers for success in quarrying, waste management, and manufacturing industries.
With a mechanical engineering degree and MBA, Matt approaches problems with an analytical perspective. Combined with his technical expertise, Matt translates what’s happening on-site into cost models and business cases.

An experienced mechanical engineer and project manager, Monica’s background gives her a hands-on understanding of complex industrial and infrastructure projects.
From industrial to infrastructure, she has worked across steel manufacturing, three waters, and the broader infrastructure sector, with strong experience delivering three waters projects across the Auckland region.
Her career spans capital investment, design management, and construction delivery with extensive project and programme management experience. Monica thrives on complexity, breaking down large-scale challenges into actionable plans.

Tom’s background is quarrying – senior management, strategic projects, and operations management. He knows firsthand the challenges of real-world delivery and financial accountability.
He combines his in-depth understanding of operations with a strong analytical capacity to drive sharp commercial outcomes for both private and public sector clients across a range of industries.
Tom applies a strategic, long-horizon mindset. He understands the importance of market positioning, mitigating risk factors, and manoeuvring towards opportunities. He is known for putting structure around ‘fuzzy problems’.
